This is a paid press release.

The Kirkland Company is pleased to announce that Brian Devlin, Brandon Wilson, and John Seale recently brokered the sale of Keystone Apartments, a 120-unit multifamily complex located in Owensboro, Kentucky. The 1980-built property is comprised of one & two bedroom floorplans off of Burlew Boulevard.

“Owensboro has invested tremendous money into its convention center and riverfront,” said Brian Devlin. “In 2018 the Kentucky International Convention Center reopened after a $207 million renovation and expansion. Also, that same year opened the $15 million Bluegrass Hall of Fame and Museum. This has helped attract more employers and tourism to the area”

“Hotel growth has signaled a rise in tourism,” said Brandon Wilson. “In 2018, 165 hotel rooms were added and in 2019 broke ground on a new 120 room building across from the Convention Center. The need for more rooms will attract more people and larger conventions to the area.”

Brian Devlin, Brandon Wilson, and John Seale brokered the transaction between the buyer, Belmont Village Apartments LLC, and the seller, Kpassa Keystone, LLC.
