The Holiday Drive-In will open for the season on May 8, though they aren’t sure yet in what capacity. The drive-in had to delay their opening due to state and local guidelines.
The company said via Facebook they will play movies Friday-Sunday next weekend. They don’t have a movie lineup in place for next weekend’s opening, but said they are working out the details and will let the public know as soon as it’s figured out.
“We will know the scheduled movies and what restrictions and regulations we will have to enforce this Tuesday,” they said.
According to a spokesperson, the drive-in will take part in a phone conference on Tuesday to learn more about guidelines for reopening.
“We want to keep everyone and their families safe during this time and we will continue to follow the state and local guidelines as they are given,” the company said.
Whether a concession stand will be open and running regularly depends on the restrictions given next week.
