Multiple agencies are on the scene of a three-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of KY 144 that occurred at approximately 5:05 p.m. Sunday.
Two individuals — one male juvenile and one male adult — have been taken to a hospital with serious injuries, and one vehicle caught on fire, according to Owensboro Police Department public information officer Andrew Boggess.
Boggess said KY 144, between pleasant Valley Road and the former bypass, will be totally closed off for the next three hours as officers do accident reconstruction.
Owensboro Police Department, Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police and Daviess County Fire Department all responded to the scene.
