Owensboro Police Department responded to a structure fire at approximately 2:03 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of Gracian Street.
It was determined the vacant residence was intentionally set on fire by Christopher Cecil, 36, of Owensboro. He was arrested and charged with second-degree arson.
