A total of 76 more cases of COVID-19 and 49 new recoveries were confirmed Monday for the Green River District. Three coronavirus-related deaths were also reported for Daviess County. The numbers reflect a two-day reporting period.
As reported by Green River District Health Department:
- New cases by county: Daviess (40), Hancock (1), Henderson (19), Ohio (5), Union (7), Webster (4)
- New recoveries by county: Daviess (18), Henderson (14), McLean (1), Ohio (2), Union (11), Webster (3)
- Total number of reported cases in the district: 3,675
- Total number of reported cases now recovered: 2,895 (79%)
- Total number of reported cases currently hospitalized: 37
- Total number of cases that have required hospitalization: 275 (7%)
- Total number of deaths in the district: 40
The county totals to date are:
- Daviess County – 1,511 cases, 1,249 recovered, 8 current hospitalizations, 106 ever hospitalized, 19 deaths
- Hancock County – 84 cases, 69 recovered, 1 current hospitalization, 7 ever hospitalized
- Henderson County – 906 cases, 640 recovered, 13 current hospitalizations, 70 ever hospitalized, 5 deaths
- McLean County – 93 cases, 76 recovered, 2 current hospitalizations, 10 ever hospitalized, 1 death
- Ohio County – 496 cases, 436 recovered, 1 current hospitalization, 32 ever hospitalized, 9 deaths
- Union County – 377 cases, 284 recovered, 10 current hospitalizations, 30 ever hospitalized, 3 deaths
- Webster County – 208 cases, 141 recovered, 2 current hospitalizations, 20 ever hospitalized, 3 deaths
Demographics (not all demographic information is available because of incomplete reporting from a testing site):
- Age range: 1 month-100 years old
- Average age: 56
- Male: 45.8%
- Female: 54.2%

- 30-39 — 587 cases
- 40-49 — 579 cases

The cases reported by GRDHD have been investigated and confirmed locally. These cases are then reported to the Kentucky Department for Public Health. This process sometimes may result in lags between state and local reporting and some discrepancies from duplicate reports.
