The Owensboro Police Department is searching for 22-year-old Katelynn Hagan, who officials said is missing and has an intellectual disability. Officials said she was last seen in the 400 block of Crabtree Avenue.
According to OPD, Hagan was last seen wearing a navy blue/pink jacket, black and white sweatpants, and black shoes.
Hagan is a 5’5” white female with brown hair and blue eyes and weighs approximately 300 pounds.
According to reports, OPD responded to a missing person’s report at approximately 6:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Poindexter Street, where Hagan left on foot.
