A total of 90 more cases of COVID-19 and 182 recoveries were announced Tuesday for the Green River District, including 50 cases and 107 recoveries in Daviess County. Coronavirus-related deaths were reported in Daviess (3) and Ohio (1) counties.
As reported by Green River District Health Department:
- New cases by county: Daviess (50), Hancock (4), Henderson (15), McLean (3), Ohio (11), Union (1), Webster (6)
- New recoveries by county: Daviess (107), Hancock (6), Henderson (28), McLean (10), Ohio (11), Union (3), Webster (17)
- Total number of reported cases in the district: 19,523
- Total number of reported cases now recovered: 16,438 (84%)
- Total number of reported cases currently hospitalized: 27
- Total number of cases that have required hospitalization: 813 (4%)
- Total number of deaths in the district: 323
The county totals to date are:
- Daviess County – 9,181 cases, 7,748 recovered, 13 current hospitalizations, 323 ever hospitalized, 149 deaths
- Hancock County – 757 cases, 629 recovered, 2 current hospitalizations, 22 ever hospitalized, 15 deaths
- Henderson County – 4,165 cases, 3,414 recovered, 6 current hospitalizations, 196 ever hospitalized, 57 deaths
- McLean County – 806 cases, 704 recovered, 0 current hospitalizations, 47 ever hospitalized, 26 deaths
- Ohio County – 2,291 cases, 1,948 recovered, 4 current hospitalizations, 114 ever hospitalized, 47 deaths
- Union County – 1,194 cases, 1,055 recovered, 2 current hospitalizations, 57 ever hospitalized, 12 deaths
- Webster County – 1,129 cases, 940 recovered, 0 current hospitalizations, 54 ever hospitalized, 17 deaths

The cases reported by GRDHD have been investigated and confirmed locally. These cases are then reported to the Kentucky Department for Public Health. This process sometimes may result in lags between state and local reporting and some discrepancies from duplicate reports.
