The Daviess County Circuit Clerk’s Office is now open for all services, including court filings and in-person payments. Located at the Morton J. Holbrook Judicial Center, customers can now visit offices on any of the building’s four floors.

According to County Circuit Clerk Jennifer Besecker, customers can continue to use the drop box located in front of the Judicial Center or make payments online at kycourts.gov. The website can also be used to check upcoming court dates.

Besecker said the County Circuit Clerk’s Office went back to full staff May 1, and that the building is now open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

“I do encourage people to utilize the online system,” Besecker said. “It’s just as easy to do all of this online as it is in person.”

As for the driver’s license office, which is completely separate, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is still encouraging customers to renew their licenses by mail. On June 30, an online portal is expected to be made available for driver’s license renewals.
