Thomas A. Mason, a 27-year-old Daviess County man, was arrested Monday and is facing 12 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
According to a release, detectives from the Owensboro Police Department, alongside the Kentucky State Police and Kentucky Department of Corrections Probation & Parole Division, executed a search warrant in the 6800 block of KY 2830 regarding an investigation into the distribution of videos and photos depicting minors in a sexual manner.
