A man was allegedly shot while driving his vehicle Wednesday night but is believed to have non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Owensboro Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.
According to reports, at approximately 9:45 p.m. OPD responded to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital after a 20-year-old male arrived with a single gunshot wound to the arm.
The victim advised he was driving on E. 18th Street near Breckenridge Street when someone fired multiple times at his vehicle and struck him once, according to OPD.
