The Highway 60 Yard Sale, which spans 200 miles across eight counties, returns today to Owensboro-Daviess County. The event concludes on Sunday and has several locations to shop in the local area.

The Graystone and Windstone subdivisions across from the entrance to Ben Hawes Park on US 60 West are notable locations in Owensboro because of the substantial volume of stops. Shoppers can also expect to find individual spots and parking lots along other portions of US 60 flooded with a wide array of items for sale.

The event extends through the counties of Livingston, Crittenden, Hancock, Breckinridge, Union, Henderson, Hancock, and Daviess. Veteran bargain hunters encourage attendees to start at one end of the sale rather than the middle for the best shopping experience.

The events’s Facebook Page says, “There are 200 miles of bargains, and one-of-a-kind finds. Plenty of restaurants and hotels to meet your needs, along with gas stations and convenience markets.”
