The Owensboro Police Department is investigating a robbery that involved a handgun at Super USA on Monday night.
At approximately 10:35 p.m., OPD responded to 1701 Scherm Road (Super USA) for a robbery of the business. According to reports, a white male wearing a mask and black hooded sweatshirt produced a handgun, demanded money and fled on foot. The amount stolen in this robbery has not been determined.
Detectives are continuing to investigate, and anyone with additional information can call OPD at 270-687-8888, or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 270-687-8484.
