Owensboro Police Department responded to a shooting at 4:01 Thursday morning which left a victim with a non-life-threatening injury.
The shooting occurred on the 2300 block of Pardon Avenue where an adult male victim was located with a single gunshot wound in his arm, according to OPD.
The officers on the scene responded with a tourniquet and transported the victim to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
