DCSO: Owensboro man arrested after threatening others with gun and knife

A 23-year-old Owensboro man has been arrested following a Monday incident where is alleged to have threatened other people with a firearm and a knife, according to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.

Julian T. Brady faces charges of possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of handgun by convicted felon, and menacing. Brady was also arrested on three unrelated arrest warrants. 

According to a release, at approximately 2:13 Monday, DCSO and the Kentucky State Police responded to the Colony Mobile Home Park in reference to the incident.

During the course of the investigation, deputies located a loaded pistol hidden in a secret compartment in the trunk of the suspect’s vehicle.
