The Owensboro Police Department is investigating a firearm discharge that occurred late Saturday night at Thompson Berry Park. No injuries were reported and there was no evidence found of damage to any property.
According to reports, the incident occurred at 11:31 p.m. Friday. The case is still open with the OPD Investigations Division.
