DCSO: Drug arrest made Wednesday

Jeremy English, 45 of Owensboro, has been charged and is being lodged in Daviess County Detention Center with charges of drug trafficking, possession of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia, according to Daviess County Detention Center reports.

English was arrested after DCSO conducted a search of a property at the 4500 block of Frederica Street. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of a quantity of methamphetamine, digital scales, pipes, and other drug paraphernalia, DCSO reports.

English is facing the following charges:

  • Trafficking in Controlled Substances 1st Degree, 1st Offense (>or=2 GMS Methamphetamines)
  • Drug Paraphernalia-Buy/Possess

English was also served on several unrelated warrants out of Daviess County for the following charges:

  • Poss Cont Sub, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine) (Probation Violation)
  • Poss Cont Sub 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) (Probation Violation)
  • Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess (Probation Violation)
  • Probation Violation (For Felony Offense)
  • Shock Probation in Felony Convictions
  • TBUT or Disp All OTher $1,000<$10,000
  • Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree
  • TBUT or Disp Auto $500 <$1,000
  • Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess
  • Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence)
  • Fleeing or Evading Police, 2nd Degree (On Foot)
  • Failure to Appear (5 Charges)
  • No Registration Plates
  • No Registration Receipt
  • License to be in Possession
  • Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle – 1st Offense
  • TBUT or Disp All Others U/$500 (2 Charges)
