The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued the following Special Weather Statement:
1053 AM CDT Sun Apr 30 2023 /1153 AM EDT Sun Apr 30 2023/ ...Small Hail Possible in Thundershowers Today... Due to cold temperatures aloft, today`s scattered thundershowers are capable of producing small hail. Do not be surprised to see pea to dime sized hail come out of one of the stronger showers. The best chance of this occurring will be in the Evansville Tri State area.
