Two juveniles have been arrested and face multiple charges following a robbery and firearm discharge on Wednesday and another incident on Thursday, according to the Owensboro Police Department.

OPD reported that just before 7 p.m. Wednesday officers responded to a firearm discharge in the 1300 block of West 2nd Street. There, they found an adult male victim with a bullet hole in his shirt and a possible graze wound on his calf.

OPD reported they collected shell casings and located bullet holes in two vehicles in the parking lot of 1307 West 2nd Street.

According to a release, at 9:08 p.m. Thursday officers responded to a call about a man with a weapon in the 400 block of Center Street. OPD reported they were advised the suspect from the Wednesday incident was inside the residence and had a firearm pointed at a different juvenile victim earlier in the day.

OPD’s Emergency Response Team and the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Unit were called to the scene to aid detectives in the investigation.

According to OPD, two occupants followed by the juvenile suspect exited the residence without incident. A search warrant was executed at the resident and resulted in the seizure of a firearm.
