The deaths of the two Calhoun women who were found Tuesday after they went missing have been ruled accidental by the Webster County Coroner.
The women, 59-year-old Reginia Payne and 80-year-old Bonnie Mayes, left Riverside Manor in Calhoun for a trip to Owensboro late Friday night before they went missing. The were found dead Tuesday afternoon inside their vehicle that was submerged in the Green River.
Authorities said the vehicle was found just north of a boat ramp in Onton, Kentucky, in Webster County.
The coroner ruled the deaths as accidental following preliminary results of their autopsies this week.
