HPC of Western KY wins Community Favorite at ODT’s Dance Battle Extravaganza

HPC Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky is proud to be the “Community Favorite” award winner of the 2024 Dance Battle Extravaganza! The community favorite was voted on prior to the event and received $500 in prize money.

Owensboro Dance Theatre hosted this event for the fifth year with wonderful non-profit competitors – Commonwealth Connections, St. Benedict’s and Daniel Pitino shelters, Girls Inc., Owensboro High School, and Owensboro Middle School. Owensboro Middle School won the overall competition, while Owensboro High School won the judge’s favorite.

“We are so thrilled to be crowned the community favorite!” says HPC’s CEO, Brenda Knollenberg. “There were so many deserving non-profits represented. It was such a fun night, and all of the dancers did a great job!”
