Steven Hall, 19, of East Daviess County, was arrested Saturday night in relation to a firearm discharge in the Owensboro Convention Center Parking Garage, according to the Owensboro Police Department.
OPD reported they received a call at 8:35 p.m. Saturday, April 6, an occupied vehicle was struck after a firearm discharge. Officers and Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division processed the crime scene and gathered witness statements.
After the investigation led OPD to question Hall, he was arrested on Sunday, April 7. Hall is currently being held at Daviess County Detention Center with the following charges:
- Wanton Endangerment – 1st degree (2 counts)
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
