John Clark Jr., 30, of Owensboro, was arrested Thursday afternoon after firing a gun inside an occupied apartment, according to the Owensboro Police Department.
OPD responded to a firearm discharge call on the 1300 Block of Bowie Trail at 4:47 p.m. Officers interviewed witnesses and processed the scene for evidence.
Upon investigating, officers located two firearms and evidence of a firearm discharge within the residence. Clark was then arrested and transported to Daviess County Detention Center on the following charge:
- Wanton Endangerment – 1st Degree
Clark has previously been charged with:
- Disorderly Conduct – 2nd Degree
