The Owensboro Bridge will have a single-lane restriction from 9 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m. daily through Friday as a contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet performs inspections this week.
According to KYTC, inspectors will use man lifts and under-bridge inspection vehicles to complete their work.
Motorists should be alert for one-lane traffic controlled by flaggers for the duration of the inspection. Some delays are possible during the movement and placement of equipment to facilitate the work.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
