Owensboro Community & Technical College will hold an information session for its Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) program on October 22. The CDL Driving Academy prepares individuals with little or no commercial driving experience for entry-level positions in the trucking industry, focusing on safety and responsibility.
The session will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the OCTC Downtown Campus, 1501 Frederica Street, in Room 5.
Attendees will learn about the program structure, enrollment process, and meet the instructors. The session will also provide a hands-on opportunity with the CDL simulator.
The four-week, full-time course runs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
