College View Middle School is canceling school today due to being without power and Kenergy being unable to restore the power, according to a post on the school’s Facebook page. This only affects College View Middle School students, officials said.
the CVMS message reads, in part:
For the plan to return students back to their homes, parents can come pick up their child or we have buses available to transport them back.
Your student will be transported home the same way(bus or car) they are transported at the end of the school day unless you communicate with your student something different prior to 9am.
CVMS staff will stay with kids past 9am should they need to stay longer for transportation to be arranged for parent pickup. Students should speak to an administrator if they plan to do this.
