From June 4-6 at 9 am- 11 am, Daviess County girls’ basketball head coach Natalie Payne will be hosting a Lady Panthers Youth Basketball Camp for first to eighth graders. The camp will be held at Daviess County High School and will cost $60. There is an additional cost of $30 for a second sibling and $20 for a third.
People interested can sign up here and can also contact Coach Payne via email. Registration is underway and those that register by Friday, May 9, will receive a camp t-shirt. Walk-ins are accepted, but they will not be eligible to receive a shirt.
“Our goal is to help players improve in the areas of ball handling, shooting, passing, and understanding the basic fundamentals of basketball,” Payne said. “Most importantly, we want to teach young players how to be good teammates. This is a great opportunity for young girls to be exposed to the game of basketball. We had record-breaking numbers last summer, and we hope to continue to grow our numbers.”
