Emma “Jean” Frizzell, 87, of Hartford, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at her residence. She was born on July 1, 1934 in Ohio County, Kentucky to the late Griff Decker and Grace House Decker. She was a homemaker and member of New Assembly Church.
Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by one son, Allen Frizzell; infant granddaughter, Sharon Michelle Brown; two sisters, Ruby Simpson and Mary Decker; two brothers, Elmer Decker and Charles Decker; one infant sister and son-in-law, Mike Brown.
Survivors include two sons, Scott (Carol) Frizzell of Hartford and David (Debbie) Frizzell of Beaver Dam; one daughter, Patsy Brown; one brother, Delmer (Emma) Decker of Florida and two sisters, Anna Sue of Franklin and Martha (Jackie) Shields of Bowling Green; ten grandchildren, Allen Cage Frizzell, Zach Frizzell, Garrett Frizzell, Dr. Jarrod (Charlotte) Frizzell, Rebecca (Heath) Phillips, Jason (Nina) Frizzell, Justin (Audrey) Frizzell, Jordan Frizzell, Michael (Korey) Brown and Josh (Jennifer) Brown and several great grandchildren.
A private service will be held at a later date. William L. Danks Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
