Walton “Jewell” Taylor, 90, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Signature Healthcare of Bowling Green. He was born January 19, 1932 in Taylor Mine, Kentucky to the late Walton Taylor and Corda Allen Taylor. He was a self-employed truck driver and used tire salesman.
Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Joyce McGuyer Taylor; four sisters, Zula Trodgen, Opal Daugherty, Thelma Eaden, and Palestene Brown.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories, two nieces, Renae (Max) Ezell of Utica, Kentucky and Janie Paxton (Rob) Hamilton of The Villages, Florida; two nephews, Tony (Brenda) Eaden of Owensboro, Kentucky and Jim (Brenda) Brown of Bloomfield, Indiana and several great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam with Rev. John Cashion officiating. Full military honors will be provided by Ohio County Honor Guard. William L. Danks Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
