GREENVILLE – Rita Lynn Brown, 55, of Greenville, died Monday, February 28, 2022, at 2:05PM at Madisonville Health and Rehabilitation. Rita was born June 4, 1966, in Muhlenberg County. She was a medical transcriptionist. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Drake; brother, Doug Drake; and infant twins, Spencer and Skyler Brown.
She is survived by her daughter, Madison Brown (fiance’ Charles Baize) of Madisonville; father and step-mother, Hershel and Judy Drake of Greenville; sisters, Wanda (Bill) Cashmer of Sikeston, MO, Deanna (Martie) Fleming of Bremen, and Sandra Coy of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial in Friendship Cemetery.
