Linda Evans, 83, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky went to her heavenly home Saturday, March 12, 2022 at her home with her family by her side. She was born December 16, 1938 in Beaver Dam to the late Reathel Moore and Gracie Frizzell Moore. Linda retired from Houchens as a cake decorator and attended Beaver Dam United Methodist Church.
Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-four years, Forest Evans; infant son, Todd Evans; brother, Billy Moore and son-in-law, Roland Baxter.
Linda is survived by, five children, Michele Baxter of Gilbertsville, Ricky Evans of Benton, Terry Evans (Keisha Welsh) of Owensboro, Kim (Danny) Powell of Paducah and Chandra Evans (Trent Ashby) of Beaver Dam; three siblings, Anita (Darnell) Losak of Dallas, Texas, Jerry (Kim) Moore of Bowling Green and Gary (Lois) Moore of Beaver Dam; five grandchildren, April Baxter, Wendy Baxter, Amy Powell, Leslie Powell and Alexandria Schneider and three great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Gabby and Cailynn Rednour.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Rev. Tim Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with Linda’s family from 10 AM until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
