Edward Dennie Anthony, age 91 of Irvington, KY passed away March 14, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Kirk, KY on August 9, 1930, the son of the late Franklin and Elsie Laslie Anthony. Dee was a member of Irvington United Methodist Church and a veteran of the United States Army. He was a retired machine operator for Brown & Williamson. He enjoyed being outdoors, gardening and mowing his yard. Dee and his wife Mary Helen, were the sweetest couple and inseparable. His heart was broken when she passed away November 23, 2021.
In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by his brothers Lowell Thomas and John Anthony and his son-in-law Malcom Hutchins.

daughter: Mindy Hutchins of Radcliff, KY
5 grandchildren: Bryan, Shaun and Mark Anthony, Shawn and Michael Dennison
3 great grandchildren: Landon, Levi and Lucy Anthony
sister: Hazel Lucas of Hudson, KY
brother: James Anthony of Custer, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 12 PM with burial in the Kingswood Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM on Friday.
