MADISONVILLE – Richard Wayne Whitaker, 73, of Madisonville, died Friday, March 25, 2022, at 11:55AM at his home. Mr. Whitaker was born October 23, 1948, in Evansville, Indiana. He was a saw mill loader, and of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Wayne Whitaker; father, Darrell Wayne Whitaker; and mother, Joyce Parker.
He is survived by his son, Billy Lee (Maria) Whitaker of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Alisa, Destany, Joshua Wayne, and Amithest; niece, Chelsea Whitaker; and step-mother, Peggy Whitaker.
Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 10:00AM at Poplar Grove Cemetery in Sacramento, with burial to follow. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
