Richard “Richie” Raley, 70, of Rosine, Kentucky went to sleep on Saturday at his home and woke up in heaven with his family. He was born November 12, 1951 in Ohio County to the late Ellis Raley and Pauline McCoy Raley. Richie retired from Nestaway.
Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Lana Edmonds and Robbie Basham.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory two children, Kevin (Shannon) Raley of Beaver Dam and Angela Duncan Raley of Hartford; three stepchildren, Paul Greathouse, Pam McDowell and Cody Bilbro; six grandchildren, Andrew Raley, Kelsey Raley, Jessica Hall, Robert (Jordan) Duncan, Chris (Erica) Duncan and Andrea Duncan (Jeremy Cook); ten great grandchildren and his two beloved dogs, Tiny and Skippy.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Rev. Terry Tarrance officiating. Burial will follow in Rosine Cemetery in Rosine, Kentucky. Friends may visit with Richie’s family from 10 AM until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
