CENTRAL CITY – Oza Martina “Big Tina” Nannie, 75, of Central City, died Friday, April 22, 2022, at 3:26AM at her home. Mrs. Nannie was born April 1, 1947, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and of the Apostolic faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Veachal Eaves-Mosby and Martha King Eaves-Mosby; Glendell Nannie Sr., Nivil Nannie, Sr., Charles Arnold, Dalice Nannie, five great-grandbabies, Betty Piper, Anna Hamby, Jenny Brewer, Bubby Eaves-Mosby, and Wayne Eaves-Mosby.
She is survived by her children, William (Tina) Nannie, Martha Arnold, Glendell (Kim) Nannie, Josie (Barry) Dant, and Claude Nannie; step-son, William Daughtery; God-given daughter, Debbie Brewer; 23 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and she was mamaw to so many more; and special loved ones, Betty Sue Jones and Richard Avery.
Graveside funeral services will be Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 12:00 noon at Miller Cemetery, with Pastor Locky Beasley officiating. Burial to follow. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
