Patricia Ann Fentress Stevens, 68, of Falls of Rough, passed away Sunday October 14, 2018 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born October 23, 1949 and adopted and raised by Paul and Marguerite Comber Fentress. Patty worked for many years as a Human Resources Manager for W.R. Grace and Alumax Aluminum. She enjoyed being a Mary Kay representative and never met a stranger. Patty grew up riding horses, enjoyed boating at rough river, and spending time with her family and her dogs.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. “Bobby” Stevens Jr. in 2017; and a grandson, Zander Gage Spencer in 2010.
Patty is survived by her daughter, Amy Stevens Spencer of Maceo; a brother, Dennis Fentress of Maceo; and granddaughter, Haley Jordyn Rice.
Care by Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Services will be private and entombment will be at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
