Rebecca Mary Brockway, 83, of Cloverport, KY passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022, went to her heavenly home. She began her journey at the Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab in Hardinsburg.
Becky, as most people knew her, love to hear the birds singing, and with her large family she enjoyed baking and cooking. One of the many joys of her life was her family, however her greatest love was the love of the Lord.
She was born September 16, 1938, in Syracuse, NY to the late Richard and Hilda Williams Magee. Besides her parents she was preceded by her husband, Alonzo Brockway, son, Michael Brockway, brothers, David, Robert, and Arthur Magee.
Leaving behind to cherish the many memories that she had created are her sons, David Brockway, FL, John (Amanda) Brockway, Cloverport, Richard Brockway, FL, Douglas Brockway, KY; daughters, Melody Fuller, Cloverport, Debora (Wendall) Woods, Hardinsburg, Beckymay (Mitchell) Bradley, Cloverport, Nancy Brockway, FL, Carol (Frank) Sago, Cloverport: sister, Ora (Kenneth) Holley, Hawesville: many many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Per her request, cremation will be awarded, and no services are planned at this time. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date with her pastor and nephew-in-law, Rev. William Basham officiating.
