Scott Forbes, 57, of Philpot died May 16, 2022, in the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky.
Survivors: siblings, Robert Forbes, Jr., Rebecca Patterson, Steven Forbes, Sarah Kropf, Roberta Cunningham, and Sandy Snyder.
Services were private. Inurnment will be in Canton, Ohio.
Care entrusted to Cardinal Cremation Society.
