LEXINGTON – Linda June Farris Hampton, 57, of Lexington, died Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 11:04AM at Baptist Health in Lexington. Mrs. Hampton was born April 26, 1965, in Hopkins County. She was a homemaker and member of Seventh Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Junior Cobb; mother, Edna Farris; and brothers, Rocky Cobb and Randy Cobb.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Hampton; sisters, Rita Farris, Wyvone Cobb, Christina Lamb, Jessica Horton, Faye Uzzle, and Wanda Miller; brothers, Donnie Cobb, Jackie Cobb, Jimmy Cobb, Earl Groves, and Troy Cobb; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 28, 2022, at 10:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial in Yeargins Chapel Cemetery in Graham. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
