CENTRAL CITY – Charles Richard Neal, 80, of Central City, died Wednesday, May 25, 2022, under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. Mr. Neal was born July 2, 1941, in West Virginia. He was a retired operator for Agriphos. He was also a U.S. Army veteran, serving with the 82nd Airborne.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Faye Flener Neal; daughter, Ramona Faye Neal; and step-son, Joe Lovan.
