BOWLING GREEN, KY., Darriel Fay Bivins, 81, of Bowling Green, formerly of Greenville passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022 at the Bowling Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bowling Green. He was born in Greenville on August 16, 1940 the son of Alvin Bivins and Lula Marie Dukes Bivins. He was a farmer all of his life, and he was a member of Landmark Assembly of God Church. He was the best dad and pappy to his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Jeffery Lynn Bivins, and 3 brothers Freddy Bivins, Donald Bivins, and Paul Ray Bivins.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville with Bro. Todd Bivins officiating. The private burial will be in Landmark Assembly of God Cemetery in Greenville.
He is survived by 3 children Brian (Lisa) Bivins of Greenville, Sherry (Ward) Moran of Bowling Green, and Shelia Bivins of Central City, 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1 brother Glendel Bivins of Greenville, 3 sisters Lucille Willis of Greenville, Louise Morris of Greenville, and Linda Shelton of Elkton.
