
Doris Kay Hillard 85, of Livermore, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Maple Health and Rehabilitation in Greenville. Doris Kay Dickerson was born September 26, 1936 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Lige David and Hazel Irene Garst Dickerson and was married to Oscar Dee “Hawk” Hillard October 15, 1972. Doris was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Oscar “Hawk” Hillard, who died May 11, 2008 and by three sons, Darrell Spencer, Gary Spencer and Larry Spencer.
Survivors include a daughter, Kim Peveler of Central City; three grandchildren, Sara Williams, Shawn Peveler and Hunter Spencer; 8 great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter; and a sister, Peggy Arnold of Livermore.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Mark Hatfield officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Livermore. Friends may visit with Doris’ family from 10:30 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Musters in Livermore.
