GREENVILLE – Rita Faye Yarbrough, 68, of Greenville, died Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 4:38 a.m. at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Mrs. Yarbrough was born April 16, 1954, in Muhlenberg County. She was a hairdresser and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.P. and Pauline Sweeney, and brother, Glendal Sweeney.
She is survived by her sons, Scott Tabb (Fiancée Brandy Klees) of Trenton, and Adam Law (Fiancée Kat Benton) of Owensboro; grandchildren, Corbin Law, Mackenzie Gish, Emma Klees, Baylee Klees; brother, Kerry (Eveline) Sweeney of Clifty; sisters, Brenda (Mike) Rolley of Clifty; Terrssa (Greg) Mayes of Greenville, Donna (Lee) Mefford of Belton, Shirley Sweeney of Glasgow; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday August 5, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Jerry Sweeney officiating. Burial in Joines Chapel Cemetery.
