Rockport, IN – Ora Robert Jones, 85, of Rockport, Indiana passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Rockport, Indiana.
Robert was born in Boonville, Indiana on November 6, 1936 to the late Abner and Katheryn (Powell) Jones.
Robert was a member of Bethel Christian Center and enjoyed fishing and bowling.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his brother, Elmer Eugene Jones.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Jane Jones; his nephew, James Jones and his wife, Shirley; his niece, Gina Parker; his great nephews, Lucas Jones and Cody Jones; his step great niece and nephew, Nikki and Matt; and his great-great nephews, Carter and Rylan Jones.
Services are 2 P.M. Friday, August 12, 2022 at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Indiana with Pastor Walter Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Visitation is 12 P.M. until 2 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
