Rockport, IN – Michelle Dawn Wilkinson, 31, of Rockport, Indiana passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Michelle was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on November 21, 1990 to Jeffrey W. Wilkinson and Denise (Geer) Smith.
Michelle was a 2009 graduate of South Spencer High School and attended Larkin Baptist Church. She had worked at Kimball in Santa Claus, Indiana.
Michelle enjoyed mudding, fishing, playing basketball, taking midnight strolls, going to the river, helping the elderly, and helping others. She was a work horse.
She is preceded in death by her grandpa, Kenneth Wilkinson, who passed away in 2015.
Michelle is survived by her daughter, Aaliyah Wilkinson; her father, Jeffrey W. Wilkinson; her mother, Denise Smith and her husband, Chris; her sisters, Christina Wilkinson and her fiancé, Chuck Harper; and Haley Smith; her paternal grandmother, Marilyn Wilkinson; her maternal grandparents, Danny and Linda Steen; and Denny Geer; her uncles, Steven Steen and Kevin Geer; her aunt, Becky Scales; her dog, Daisy; and many extended family members.
Services are 11 A.M. Monday, August 29, 2022 at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Indiana with Pastor Paul Gatewood officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Richland, Indiana
Visitation is from 1 P.M. until 7 P.M. Sunday, August 28, 2022 at the funeral home.
