Shirley Ann Hardin 75, of Calhoun, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center in Calhoun. Shirley Ann Mincy was born March 19, 1947 in Rumsey, Kentucky to the late Albert Louis and Vivian Kathleen Largent Mincy and was married to Darrel Allen Hardin August 20, 1969. Shirley was a homemaker and member of No One Left Behind Tabernacle in Calhoun. She enjoyed cooking and caring for both her flowers and cats. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Darrel Allen Hardin, who died December 21, 2004.
Survivors include a son, John Hardin of Calhoun; two grandchildren, Abigail Hardin and James Darrel Hardin; a brother, Edward Louis Mincy of Fordsville; and four sisters, Barbara Spence, Helen Toler (Jim) both of Calhoun, Doris Richie (Delbert) of Grand Rivers and Elaine Johnson of Beaver Dam.
Family services will be held at a later date. There will be no public visitation. Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Shirley’s family.
