Anne Buford Jackson, age 83 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away September 23, 2022 at Breckinridge Memorial Nursing Facility. She was born in Breckinridge County on July 2, 1939, daughter of the late Florence Akers and John Robert Buford, Sr. Anne was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and Legion of Mary. She and her siblings attended St. Romuald School. Anne was a former owner and operator of an antique variety store and Walmart door greeter. She enjoyed antiquing and auctions.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Don Jackson, brother John Akers and sister Mary Coyle.
Anne is survived by her sister Laurine Williams of Hardinsburg, KY
several nieces and nephews including David Williams and his daughter Brittney Stein.
Funeral services will be held at St. Romuald Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 11 AM with burial in the Cloverport Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Monday, 4:30 – 6 PM.
