Kenneth Beasley, Sr.

October 26, 1931 - September 26, 2022

Grandview, IN – Kenneth Beasley Sr., 90, of Grandview, Indiana passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022 at Jasper Memorial Hospital in Jasper, Indiana.

Kenneth was born in Grandview, Indiana on October 26, 1931 to the late James T. and Lorena M. (Haaf) Beasley.

Kenneth was a 1949 graduate of Chrisney High School and a United States Navy veteran, serving in the Korean War. He was a member of Gentryville United Methodist Church and a lifelong member of the American Legion and a past Commander.

Kenneth had been a dairy farmer for 31 ½ years. He loved his church, going to Bible study, driving around, and going to the river.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Catherine Beasley, who passed away in 2014; his sister, Anna Glosek; his brother Robert C. Beasley; and his step father, Frank Stephens.

He is survived by children, Brenda Rue and her husband, Keith, of Dale, IN; Linda Seger and her husband, Nicholas, of Haubstadt, IN; Kenneth Beasley Jr. and his wife, Beverly, of Dale, IN; and Debbie Hill and her husband, James, of Sellersburg, IN; 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and his brother, Harry T. Beasley.

Services are 11 A.M. CST Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Gentryville United Methodist Church, 702 Main St., Gentryville, IN 47537 with Pastor Charlotte Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Chrisney, Indiana.

Visitation is from 3 P.M. CST until 7 P.M. CST Friday, September 30, 2022 and from 10 A.M. CST until 11 A.M. CST Saturday at the church.

Boultinghouse Funeral Home-Youngblood Chapel in Chrisney, Indiana has been entrusted with care.
