BREMEN- Gloria Kay Bishop, 75, of Bremen died Saturday, November 26, 2022 at her residence. Ms. Bishop was born in Muhlenberg County on December 10, 1946. She worked in nursing and medical records at Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Ms. Bishop’s hobbies included refinishing furniture, reading, tending to flowers, and “yard selling”. Her greatest passion was her family and her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bishop; parents, Nathaniel A. Harper and Agnes Louise Harper.
Survivors include her daughter, Miranda (Jerry) Jones; son, Bryan (Kelly) Bishop; grandchildren, Whitney, Jacob, Zoe, Zander; long time significant other, Roy Hill.
Graveside services will be held Monday, November 28, 2022 at 12:00 PM at New Hope Cemetery in Moorman with Bro. Larry Hamby officiating. Tucker Funeral Home in Central City is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences can be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
