Dorothy Victoria Fulton, 84, of Owensboro passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at her residence. She was born on February 17, 1934 to the late William J. Payne and Lettie Millay Payne. Dorothy was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing bingo with her sisters and mother, reading, baking, traveling with her sisters, and spending time with her family.
Along with her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Leigh Fulton, her son, William Fulton, her grandson, Charles Clark, her great-grandsons, Lucas Clark and Charles Clark, Jr., her siblings, Margaret, Sue, Bernice, Lillian, Elizabeth, Kenny, Joseph, and William.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Frank Fulton, Jr., Clayton “Joe” Fulton, Linda Marie (John) McDonald, Vicki Ann Leonard, Margaret (Scott) Morgan, Diane Howard; 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, her siblings, Stewart Payne, Louise Johnson, Shelby Webster; and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am Monday, November 26, 2018, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with Father Jerry Riney officiating. Burial to follow at Fordsville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home, and again after 9:30 am Monday at the funeral home. Prayers will be said at 5:30 pm Sunday.
