CENTRAL CITY – Carolann Holland, 74, of Central City, died Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 5:53AM at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Mrs. Holland was born March 17, 1948, in Philadelphia, PA. She was a janitor and lunch lady at Central City Elementary School, and a member of Church Street General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Ann Soja.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Holland; children, Jimmy (Angie) Holland, Jr., Chris (Missy) Holland, Melissa Terrell, and Brianna Holland; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 10, 2023, at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Danny Greene officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 10:00AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
